M/S Swarnalaxmi Enterprises Private Limited formly known as M/S TP Enterprises was founded in the year 2008 under leadership of Mr. Pravat Bhol and own guidence with 14 years of experience in plumbing and fire fighting, civil, interiors, fabrication and sanitary works of top most standards and safe construction practices.

Mr. Mahendra Kumar Gautam B. E. Civil, Charted engineer having more than 25 year’s experience in civil engineering field. Mr. Mahendra Kumar Gautam provides a strong link between Management, Administrative Staff and the team in the field. In the role of Financial Controller, manages the finances of the company as well as associated trusts and commercial interests. Mr. Mahendra Kumar Gautam, utilizes his business analyst skills to proactively manage the company’s resources and expenditure going forward.

It began as a small entity that undertook all types of civil work and other allied services. It started business in Mumbai & Delhi region as sole trading consern with a clean object of promoting quality of the organization.

As the volume of the job works increased the structure of organisation needed some changes and as a result on 22nd September 2020 M/S TP Enterprises being converted and registered as M/S Swarnalaxmi Enterprises Private Limited. There are 2 Directors (Mr. Pravat Bhol & Mrs. Kabita P. Bhol) and more than 20+ employees associated with our company and we are planning to expand our team strength in coming future.

Swarnalaxmi has its head office and registered office situated in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Swarnalaxmi group could achive success and high credibility in the whole India and in Construction Industry through the last 14 years of sincere and committed service. Today M/S Swarnalaxmi leads the industry in the adoption of new technology to improve work efficiency and enhance project controls. We are strict toward quality control policy which is important in successful project complition. Our project team along with our safety experts work closely with the consultant and the client to synergize our safety culture and loss prevntion program. We monitor and control our schedules throughout the project to make sure it is on the right track.
